Hi, I'm Betina Wills. Human first. Mother, partner, therapist, seeker.
With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, extensive experience working with the complexities of trauma, and over 15 years teaching yoga and mindfulness, my work sits at a rare intersection: the clinical and the contemplative, the scientific and the sacred. I draw on EMDR, somatic therapy, depth psychology, and metabolic mental health to work with what's stored, what's stuck, and what the body is already trying to say.
